Purpose of Statement

We intend to:

• We call on all governments, non-state armed groups, Clan Elder, Religious groups, Business groups, the entire public and private sector to ensure that the fundamental human rights enshrined in the Various Somali Constitutions and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are implemented and become a living reality.

• Implement new ideas and promote new thoughts about forms of commonality, spirituality, and social consciousness to unite the species and advance the General Will.
